I felt stuck and completely out of control.
That year, I started working out — not to look better, but because I needed something that would give my life purpose.
I had no gym, no fancy equipment—just my own body weight. At first, I could barely do a single pull-up.
Every attempt felt like failure, but I kept pushing.
Slowly, my strength grew.
The first time I managed a clean muscle-up, I felt something I had never felt before—pure, undeniable satisfaction..
I was hooked.
Each new move I mastered fueled my motivation to push further.
I had one goal—to achieve as much as possible in this sport.
To prove to myself that I could transform, no matter where I started and what others thought of me.
In the first year I gained 10kg body weight and achieved 40+ calisthenics skills which made my transformation even more impressive.
As my strength and skills grew, people started to notice.
Strangers in the park and at the gym began approaching me, asking for advice.
It felt unreal—just a year ago, I was struggling to do a single pull-up, and now people saw me as someone who could help them on their own journey..
That only fueled my fire even more.
I didn’t expect much..

I barely remember it...
One mistake, one miscalculation—and everything changed.
While attempting a backflip, I landed wrong and hit my head hard. It was bad. I barely made it out of it.
Two weeks in the hospital gave me a lot of time to think.
I had spent years pushing myself to extremes—either going all in or completely falling off.
The accident forced me to ask: Was this sustainable? Was this how I wanted to live?
For two months, I couldn’t train at all.
It was frustrating, but at the same time, it was an opportunity.
When I finally recovered, I made a decision: this time, I would prove to myself that I could stay consistent, no matter what.
But I wasn’t going to do it the old way—training 5-7 times a week, burning myself out, and repeating the same cycle.
Instead, I developed a system that fit my busy and ambitious life.
I trained only 3-4 times a week, stayed consistent, and got into the best shape of my life.
This was the turning point.
I had finally found a way to balance training, business, and life—without sacrificing results.
And now, I use this same system to help others do the same.
Now, for the first time, I have both.
